Contact us on our official Instagram or write to our email odarka.com.ua@gmail.com – we will accept the request and make every effort to help you as soon as possible: we will exchange the gift or refund your money within 14 days of receiving the set.

Remember that in order to exchange goods, they must be in good condition (according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994), unused, with original packaging and labels.

Also, please check the parcel at the post office, and if it is damaged, contact a branch employee to draw up a corresponding document.
