How it all started
The story of One.Talan began in August 2022, when Anastasia’s family received an invitation to a friend’s wedding in Ukraine. It was a special and warm celebration, despite the full-scale invasion. Everything was decided quickly with clothes, but finding the perfect handbag was a real challenge. While wandering around Pinterest, the founder of the brand accidentally came across a photo of an elegant clutch, and then the thought occurred to her – she could make it herself!
While researching materials, she found a Ukrainian supplier of cotton cord and sewed her first handbag in one evening. When Anastasiia held it in her hands, she realized that it was not just an accessory, it was the beginning of a new journey. That’s when the idea to create a brand that combines beauty, sustainability and handmade craftsmanship was born.
Challenges and difficulties
As in any business, difficulties were an integral part of the journey. The biggest challenge was balancing everything: work, family, raising a son, and starting a business. She had free time only at night, when everyone was asleep. It was then that Anastasiia immersed herself in the creative process.
In addition to personal challenges, there were also external difficulties. All the products are made in Ukraine, so constant power outages due to shelling complicated the production process. But each product One.Talan – is not just a thing, but a symbol of strength and indestructibility, a piece of warmth of our people’s hands and spirit.

“Talent” is a word associated with gift, talent and success. And the number “1” symbolizes uniqueness and superiority, emphasizing the peculiarity of each product.
What motivates you to move on?
My main support was my family and friends. They inspired and pushed me to new achievements. What started as a simple handbag for myself gradually grew into a brand with its own history and values.
Anastasia’s future plans include developing her brand in the social sphere. Namely, creating jobs for the elderly, as their experience and wisdom are invaluable. So that they can work in comfortable conditions, feel needed and enjoy their work.

Bags hold a special place in Anastasia’s heart. One of the most touching stories is the order for flower bags that she gave to her friends for their birthdays. Such moments remind us that work is not just a craft, but a way to bring people joy and create unforgettable emotions.
