And when she finally allowed herself to realize what had lived in her imagination since childhood, the world received a new voice in the form of jewelry that speaks instead of words.

How it all began: with beads, a needle and silence

The founder of the LILI jewelry brand has never been indifferent to jewelry. As a child, she loved to cross-stitch, sew, weave from beads – to create with her hands something that did not exist in nature. Forms were born in her head that could not be found in stores. At that time, she did not yet know that this would become her life’s work.

The first steps in her own business began during maternity leave. This period is an opportunity to find herself. Along with a new life, free time has appeared to make dreams come true. in a woman’s life, when along with a new life, free time and space for finding herself appear. Yana took the materials in her hands and realized: this is exactly what she wants to do. At first, it was simple, basic models. But after the birth of her son, time became short and the processes had to be suspended. But not for long.

Two years later, she returned to creating jewelry again — and this time everything was different. The products became different: more massive, bolder, deeper. Jewelry that is not afraid to be noticeable.

When everyone is doing the same thing, it's hard to be yourself

At first, Yana, like many others, tried to “get into the market.” She made what sold. But this was the main difficulty for the founder. She didn’t like the products. And if the decoration doesn’t make the craftsman tingle, it won’t be able to evoke any emotions in the buyer.

Gradually, Yana began to understand herself better. And the jewelry began to transform with her. She began to create them as if for herself. And only then did the strength and style appear, as a special signature of the brand.

Sometimes new ideas are born easily – in an inspired flow, when it seems that someone wants to tell the world something important through your hands. Sometimes it is difficult – especially when inspiration has not yet come, but the plans are already there. But Yana has learned to wait and catch the moment to create jewelry.

It's not just a job — it's an addiction

It’s not just a job, it’s an addiction. And the greatest motivation for work is feedback. When buyers write back after purchases, “I wear this jewelry every day,” it’s worth it all.
